sticky situation

The bed was comfy but not a king as advertised. The room was damp with mold; my husband's allergy hit hard. Shuttle service was quick, and drivers were nice. At least the bed was decent.

All in all everything was very comfortable, had a lovely stay for the Holidays. Its location very close to the airport was magnificent. Plus, it was next to casino and restaurants, several areas of building and a restaurant, also very close to the highway. The staff were very very helpful and knowledgeable, ready to any request.

The room was incredible and fully functional with a garden view included. Everyone who worked there was courteous.

The staff here are friendly and know a lot, the location is great next to a Denny's, and the rooms are spacious, new, and have a view of the garden.

Asked for early check in and was given attitude by staff, who pointed at a few people in lobby and said "that's what they want too. We have no rooms ready." A simple "sorry, we can't" would have sufficed. I also made reservations for a deluxe king room, but was put in a double bed regular room. Staff fixed promptly, however. Beds are hard as rocks, and sheets are so rough! Towel in bathroom was thread bare. Overall not worth the rate.

not much to love here

So, the hot shower and good water pressure were great, but that’s about it. Check-in was a mess, my room had ants and smelled like mildew, plus I found a roach in the bathroom. Housekeeping used dirty sheets, and the restaurant was a joke. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it for a family or any kind of relaxing stay.

Rooms are fully functional, with a view of the pool, nice facilities, extremely comfortable beds, and great service.

The employees were extremely responsive and professional and kept it all clean. I was given a nice size room with a microwave and supplies: )

The location of this place is convenient, close to nearby attractions and in a peaceful neighborhood, while the breakfast offered a variety of high-quality food and drinks.

It was close to the airport and having a shuttle there to uncomplicate getting to the airport in the middle of the early morning/nite.

While it was nice to have the restaurant close, one of the kids was sick from their dinner later. I think the crab cake fixings need to be attended carefully. Room was a bit chilly as well.

Delicious food with a wide variety to choose from. the staff were really friendly and helpful. 😊.

The rooms were nice.

The staff overall were not friendly. They were sure to tell us that they were totally booked and fitting us in only because we booked our room through Booked.net. We felt unwelcome from the start.

We had a really comfortable stay at this roadside hotel. the venue was fairly clean. the staff were excellent! . the airport was 1 km away from here, magnificent location.
